you need a written USPAP (Uniform Standards, Professional Appraisal Practice)
appraisal on our letterhead, we can provide that service as well. Our written
appraisals are generally used for estate, insurance, divorce, or other legal purposes.
But our experience has show that most Home Downsizing situations simply don't
need an expensive written appraisal at this point.
